1945.Mar. Established MURAKAMI KOGU SEISAKUSHO in Sagamiko-machi, Kanagawa.
1948.May. Changed the company name to NITTO DENKI.
1951.Sep. Changed the company name to KASUGA ELECTRIC WORKS LTD.
1953.Mar. Moved the Headquarters and Tokyo Factory to Shimorenjaku 8-chome, Mitaka-shi, Tokyo.
1958.Oct. Opened Osaka Sales Office.
1961.Jul. Opened Tokyo Sales Office (the current Tokyo Metropolitan Area Sales Office).
1964.May. Opened Nagoya Sales Office.
1969.Mar. Opened Fukuoka Sales Office.
1970.Mar. Opened New Tatsuno Factory in Tatsuno-machi, Kamiina District, Nagano.
1971.Apr. Opened Sapporo Sales Office.
1972.Jun. Opened Hiroshima Sales Office.
1973.Jun. Opened Sendai Sales Office.
1973.Aug. Listed stocks on the Second Section of Tokyo Stock Exchange.
1976.Aug. Opened Tatsuno Sales Office.
1988.May. Established the overseas factory of SIAM ORIENT ELECTRIC CO., LTD. in THAILAND.
1996.Dec. Obtained ISO 9002 certification for KASUGA ELECTRIC WORKS LTD.
2003.Jan. Moved the Headquarters to Shimorenjaku 6-chome, Mitaka-shi, Tokyo.
Consolidated Tokyo Factory into Tatsuno Factory.
2003.Dec. Obtained ISO 14001 certification for environmental management.
2009.Feb. Delisted stocks from the Second Section of Tokyo Stock Exchange.
2009.Jun. Submitted Company reorganization proceedings to Tokyo District Court.
2009.Oct. Established “New” KASUGA ELECTRIC WORKS LTD.as subsidiary of INABA DENKI SANGYO CO.,LTD.
2009.Nov. Started sales operations after transfer of business from reorganized KASUGA ELECTRIC WORKS LTD. to “New” KASUGA ELECTRIC WORKS LTD.
2010.Mar. Moved the headquarters to a new location in Musashino-shi, Tokyo.
